Last Brittish climbing trip.........part two

O.k so after an awsome first days climbing we headed back to camp, had a few beers down the pub then back again to feast on a seriously sweet meal.
Second day came along and still no rain!!! happy days. We made a plan of where we were going to go and set off. Today we are going to Stoney Middleton, limestone climbing, and also check out the caves there a little bit. Once again we had a sweet days climbin although we were all quite tired from the session before, but we still cranked hard.
Our campsite, a wee bit muddy but heh. Pub just round the corner so whos complaing?
Danny and Paul just chillin on the side after a bit of cave exploring
Rob on a really crimpy problem, got it after a few atempts, we stayed on this part of the wall all day, just making up different variations of climbs.
The entrance to one of caves the lads were exploring, it was crazy down there, total pitch black. Will have to be explored some with some maps me thinks....

So that was are last trip before the big one. Really syked for New Zealand now, C'mon!!!!!!

Last Brittish climbing trip.........part one

Alrighty are first blog entry, climbing in the peak district. When we first arived we heard exactly what we didnt want to hear on the radio, 'wet wet wet' no not the group (that would of been a nightmare!) but the forcast. But we didnt come all this way to sit an dwatch a few rain drops!! Fortunatly the weather held out afrew drops in the morning and that was it, so lets get on with some climbing. Are first port of call was a place called Curbar, one of our fave bouldering venues. check out the pics below.

Nick on the 'mini prow boulder' this bit was really tough.
The last hold was so close, yet so far away! hell of a dodgey landing if he fell off.
What a killer sunset, this is what its all about.
Adam on his first boulder problem, lovin every minute of it!!
This ones just to the left of where Adam was a bit tricky to start well actually the whole thing was a bit tricky!!
